Machine Description & ApplicationWY-450C Four side folding machine can connect with WY-650A gluing machine to form a semi-automatic case production line; It is mainly used for produce eyeshadow box, mirrow frame case, wine bottom bracket, jewel box cover, honor certificate cover, round corner notebooks etc., One operator can up to 1200-1500pcs/h, size change within 5 minutes, especially suitable for short run orders like 500-1500pcs. Its easy operate & fast speed & labor saving which can greatly improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs for enterprises.

6. WY460 Double corner cutting machine: Can cut the grey board or book block into round corner, and it has auto push funcion which improves the working efficiency greatly. And it adopts designed round corner mold which make the finish corner more smoothly and standard;
7. WY500D Hole drilling machine: Use seperate PLC to control the machine and with automatic dust clean system which can reduce the pollution of the factory environment, the depth of the drilling can be adjustable, it is suitable for drilling diffent magnet holes on various covers, like gift box cover, wine box cover, electronic products box cover, mobile phone box cover, jewellery box cover etc. It also can install 3 head or 4 head at the one time which can improve the drilling efficency greatly;
8. WY500A Magnet pasting machine: It can past round shape and square shape magnets on grey board, hardcover case, cardboard, cardboard paper, pet surface. It adopts PLC and touch screen control which can show the machine running condition and malfunction easily, also can install 3 or 4 heads at the same, it can past 2 cases at one time if the size allowed, which can improve the output greatly;
9. WY500B Iron sheet pasting machine: It can past round shape and square shape iron sheets on grey board, hardcover case, cardboard, cardboard paper, pet surface. It adopts PLC and touch screen control which can show the machine running condition and malfunction easily, also can install 3 or 4 heads at the same, it can past 2 cases at one time if the size allowed, which can improve the output greatly;
Also we have mode can paste the magnet as well as iron sheet by changing the feeding mold.
